Professional epoxy and polyaspartic floor coatings for garages, shops, and commercial spaces. Built tough for Alberta winters, installed right the first time.
We install four professional floor coating systems. Every job starts with proper concrete prep, that is where most floors fail and where we do not cut corners.
The classic chip and flake system. A base coat of epoxy followed by a broadcast of decorative flakes and a durable polyaspartic topcoat. Slip-resistant, easy to clean, and built to last 20 years or more with proper care.
Fast-cure, cold-weather friendly, and UV stable from day one. Polyaspartic systems cure in hours, not days, and handle Alberta freeze-thaw cycles better than standard epoxy. Ideal for heated and unheated garages alike.
A decorative swirl and marble effect created by manipulating metallic pigments in the epoxy base coat. Every floor is unique. Used in showrooms, man-caves, basements, and commercial lobbies where appearance matters.
Larger spaces, heavier traffic, tougher requirements. We coat warehouse floors, shop floors, auto bays, and industrial spaces with high-build systems rated for forklift traffic, chemical exposure, and heavy use.
A properly installed epoxy floor starts with the concrete, not the coating. Here is exactly what we do on every job.
We grind the concrete with a diamond grinder to open the surface, remove contamination, and create a mechanical profile for the coating to bond to. Cracks and spalls are repaired at this stage. This is the most important step and where most DIY and low-cost jobs fail.
Epoxy base coat is mixed and applied to the prepped concrete. For metallic systems, pigments are worked into the base at this stage. For broadcast systems, decorative flake is scattered into the wet coat. The floor is left to cure before the next step.
A polyaspartic or epoxy topcoat is applied to seal the floor, lock in the flake or metallic design, and provide the final durable surface. This layer determines the gloss level, slip resistance, and long-term durability of the finished floor.
We walk through the finished floor with you before we leave. Care instructions are provided. With polyaspartic systems the floor is foot-traffic ready within hours and vehicle-ready within 24 hours. Standard epoxy needs 48 to 72 hours before driving on it.

Family owned and operated right here in Cold Lake. When you call us, you are talking to the people who will be on your floor, not a dispatcher or call centre.
We use polyaspartic systems that cure in cold temperatures and handle Alberta freeze-thaw cycles. The right product for the right climate, not what works in Texas.
We grind every floor before coating it. No shortcuts. Proper surface prep is what separates a floor that lasts 15 years from one that peels in two.
