What We Do

FLOOR SYSTEMS

We install four professional floor coating systems. Every job starts with proper concrete prep, that is where most floors fail and where we do not cut corners.

FULL BROADCAST EPOXY

The classic chip and flake system. A base coat of epoxy followed by a broadcast of decorative flakes and a durable polyaspartic topcoat. Slip-resistant, easy to clean, and built to last 20 years or more with proper care.

  • Best value for residential garages
  • Available in dozens of colour blends
  • UV stable topcoat, no yellowing
  • Ready to walk on in 24 hours
From $1,600
POLYASPARTIC SYSTEM

Fast-cure, cold-weather friendly, and UV stable from day one. Polyaspartic systems cure in hours, not days, and handle Alberta freeze-thaw cycles better than standard epoxy. Ideal for heated and unheated garages alike.

  • Cures in cold temperatures
  • Vehicle-ready within hours
  • Harder surface than epoxy alone
  • Our recommended system for Cold Lake
From $1,920
METALLIC EPOXY

A decorative swirl and marble effect created by manipulating metallic pigments in the epoxy base coat. Every floor is unique. Used in showrooms, man-caves, basements, and commercial lobbies where appearance matters.

  • One-of-a-kind decorative finish
  • High-gloss, showroom look
  • Seamless and easy to clean
  • Available in multiple colour palettes
From $2,560
COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL

Larger spaces, heavier traffic, tougher requirements. We coat warehouse floors, shop floors, auto bays, and industrial spaces with high-build systems rated for forklift traffic, chemical exposure, and heavy use.

  • High-build commercial grade systems
  • Chemical and impact resistant
  • Anti-slip aggregate available
  • Priced per square foot

How It Works

THE PROCESS

A properly installed epoxy floor starts with the concrete, not the coating. Here is exactly what we do on every job.

01
CONCRETE PREP

We grind the concrete with a diamond grinder to open the surface, remove contamination, and create a mechanical profile for the coating to bond to. Cracks and spalls are repaired at this stage. This is the most important step and where most DIY and low-cost jobs fail.

02
BASE COAT

Epoxy base coat is mixed and applied to the prepped concrete. For metallic systems, pigments are worked into the base at this stage. For broadcast systems, decorative flake is scattered into the wet coat. The floor is left to cure before the next step.

03
TOPCOAT

A polyaspartic or epoxy topcoat is applied to seal the floor, lock in the flake or metallic design, and provide the final durable surface. This layer determines the gloss level, slip resistance, and long-term durability of the finished floor.

04
CURE & WALK-THROUGH

We walk through the finished floor with you before we leave. Care instructions are provided. With polyaspartic systems the floor is foot-traffic ready within hours and vehicle-ready within 24 hours. Standard epoxy needs 48 to 72 hours before driving on it.

Common Questions

FAQ

The questions we get asked most. Call or text (705) 849-5960 if yours is not here.

How long does the job take? +
A standard 2-car garage takes 2 days. Day one is concrete grinding and surface prep. Day two is the coating. With polyaspartic systems the floor is foot-traffic ready the same day and vehicle-ready within 24 hours.
Do you work in winter? +
Yes, for heated spaces. Standard epoxy needs the concrete above 10 degrees Celsius. Polyaspartic systems work in much colder conditions, which is why we recommend them for Cold Lake. Unheated garages in deep winter are the exception.
My concrete has cracks, is that a problem? +
Not at all. We repair cracks and spalling as part of the surface prep before any coating goes down. We will show you what needs repairing and price it clearly in your quote.
How long will the floor last? +
A properly installed polyaspartic or epoxy system lasts 20 years or more with proper care. The key is proper surface prep, which is why we grind every floor before coating it, no exceptions.
Do you do free quotes? +
Yes, always. Fill out the estimate form, call, or text us a few photos of your space and we can often give you a ballpark without even needing a site visit. For larger or unusual spaces we come out in person at no charge.
What areas do you serve? +
Cold Lake, Bonnyville, Lac La Biche, and surrounding communities. For larger commercial jobs we will travel further. Call with your location and we will let you know.
